In June 2018 the Republic of San Marino has appointed Dr. José Góis Chilão, as Honorary Consul of the Republic of San Marino in Lisbon.
Dr. José Góis Chilão (PhD) is a Portuguese Lawyer with an office in the area of Estoril, Cascais (Portugal). Throughout his professional and academic life, Dr. José Góis Chilão (PhD) has extensive experience working in the field of International Relations, with a broad knowledge of all matters related to International Law and International Relations.
On a personal level, Dr. José Góis Chilão (PhD) is married and father of 3.

Ph.D. in International Relations from the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, Universidade Nova de Lisboa (2016).
